Experience Canada’s Beautiful Winter
Canada’s snowy winter is a thrilling backdrop for an engaging English immersion experience. Ask us about our “Winter English Explorer”, which is a modified version of our popular summer program. Student groups accompanied by their chaperone/teacher participate in a program that incorporates fun-filled winter activities and other cultural activities with daily communicative English lessons and a Canadian homestay program. This program is a two-week program for grades 7-12 and is a closed-group program meaning that there is no integration with other international student groups. A visit to a Canadian school may be incorporated into this program. Some past groups have followed the experience with a short-term integration experience into a Canadian school - see our
Global Classroom Program.

Benefits
The WEE (Winter English Explorer) program brings a cultural and linguistic enrichment to students that can be followed by an integration into a Canadian school. Such an immersion can intensify English language development. Beyond the cultural and social enrichment that students can get by living with a Canadian family and attending a Canadian school, their use of English is deepened across the various content areas of their schooling.
